I had the opportunity to create a 3D Train Cake for a friends birthday. I made a marble cake and covered it in buttercream. I used oreos for the wheels and robin's eggs for cargo. I also used licorice to connect the train cars.

About Me

- How it all began... I started to take more of an interest in baking and decorating cakes when my daughter turned 1. I enjoyed making her Birthday Cake so much that I started exploring the amazing world of cake decorating. I taught myself various techniques using the internet and I have recently begun the Wilton Cake Decorating Courses offered at Michaels Arts and Crafts. I made my sister's Stagette Cake and Bridal Shower Cake. I have also made some Birthday and Christmas Cakes. I love the creative aspect of decorating cakes and hope to continue learning and exploring different methods and techniques.
