I had the opportunity to create a 3D Train Cake for a friends birthday. I made a marble cake and covered it in buttercream. I used oreos for the wheels and robin's eggs for cargo. I also used licorice to connect the train cars.

I had the opportunity to create a 3D Train Cake for a friends birthday. I made a marble cake and covered it in buttercream. I used oreos for the wheels and robin's eggs for cargo. I also used licorice to connect the train cars.
Christmas Cake
I created this cake for Christmas Dinner with my family. I used a pyrex bowl to make the dome shape of the cake. It is covered in a marshmallow fondant icing with a layer of homemade buttercream icing underneath. The trees and snowmen are also made of fondant.
Bridal Shower Cake
I made this cake for my sister's Bridal Shower. It is a 2 tiered cake covered in marshmallow fondant. The frog prince and borders are also made out of fondant. Since her wedding colour was green, I put a layer of green buttercream icing underneath the fondant. You could see it once the cake was cut.
Stagette Cake
I created this cake for my sister's Stagette Party. This has been my favorite cake to make so far and would be easy for me to make again for another lucky lady's Stagette Party. It is a basic 1 tiered chocolate cake covered in homemade buttercream icing. The cute penis is also made of cake (about 1" high above the first tier) and was covered and decorated in fondant with a layer of buttercream icing underneath.

1st Birthday Cake
I created this cake for my daughter's 1st Birthday. It is composed of 2 basic tiers. The bottom tier is made of 2 layers of chocolate cake. The middle layer is heart shaped and has a small heart shaped cupcake as the third mini tier. The entire cake is covered in homemade buttercream icing. The teddy bears are made out of caramel.
